Fig&Olive Apartments, Štikovica, Dubrovnik

When we arrived we were greeted by the property owners and showed around which I thought was a very nice touch. This lovely property is a gorgeous place to stay. It is walking distance to the beach. It has two balconies that both give you a stunning view across the bay. You walk down the stairs and under a small bridge to a beautiful beach with a cafe/beach bar where you can get drinks, snacks, or full meals if you want. There is a restaurant on the way to the beach which was lovely. The staff were so nice and we had other family staying close by so it was difficult to fit in a party of 7 but they did it for us every time we ate there. The food was really good and the atmosphere was very relaxing watching the sun set over the bay. There is a supermarket about a 15 minute walk from here which we would use when we needed. Uber is the way to travel. It is not too expensive and if we needed a lot of things that were hard to carry we just got an uber back. It was around 5 euros to the supermarket. We went into Dubrovnik twice by Uber both times (around 25 euros for a van for 7 people). It was so hot though, twice was enough for us. It was good to get back to the quiet of where we were staying. There are amazing restaurants all around but the stairs were very daunting. We went on the cable car and had a drink at the top enjoying the view with a nice little cocktail in hand. Second time we went was to walk the wall. A definite to do when you are there.

We had a very good time at Fig & Olive. We even got our own parking spot which is rare. The hosts were very responsive. Stone throw away from the beach and 3 really good restaurants. Great view of the the water. The town is very quite unlikely the hustle and bustle of Dubronik.

Comfortable for two couples. Beautiful vista with beach two minutes away. Two excellent restaurants within two minute walk. Communication was very good with the host. Highly recommend!
