Stayed Jul 16, 2025The apartment complex is great, lots of amenities as described in the listing. A short walk to everything you may need, shopping, dining and entertainment.Communication with the host was also great.The apartment itself is in need of some maintenance. We asked if they could take care of a couple of those maintenance items and they were taken care of in a timely manner, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, we experienced a more serious issue, which they also tried to fix in a timely manner. But due to the nature of it, it was going to take extra time and effort to resolve. They offered a different apartment for us to move into, but it was not comparable to this one, so we asked for a refund of the unused nights so we could find and pay for a different, comparable apartment.They accepted to give us a refund, and told us it was processed the same day. However, two weeks after receiving that confirmation, we are still waiting for the money to show up on our credit card.We paid for the new apartment in full and expected the refunded money to show up in our account within a couple of days as it is always the case.Fortunately, we were able to cover our expenses while waiting for the refund, but I can see how it could have wrecked our vacation had we needed that money to eat while visiting CDMX.VRBO hasn't been helpful. When I contacted them, they contacted the host to ask about the refund. The host told them the same thing he's been telling me. So we keep waiting.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025Our family stayed here for a week. The location is great and very convenient to a couple of parks and museums. And the amenities in the building are great as well.However, when we attempted to close a blind when simply pulling gently on the cord, the blind cassette fell out. It was not properly secured. The management company kept our deposit despite the fact that we simply were trying to close the blinds (it's a fishbowl otherwise). My son had a bloody nose and two of the towels were dirty when we left. They charged us for that too. We did all the dishes and emptied the trash and they still complained the kitchen was not clean enough. The management company was unreasonable with this (during our visit they were great - which is why we were so disappointed by how they treated us once we left).Also, the bed in the master is an inflatable and very low quality. It's advertised as a queen, but it's a full.
