Stayed Oct 2, 2025Host was always friendly and promptly responsive. Close to restaurants and stores. For the most part, neighborhood was quiet. Bathroom was much smaller than expected but wonderful shower head and water temperature (didn’t have to wait long for hot water) and strong water pressure. House is multi-unit so you can hear people walking above you or hear the washer & dryer running (next to our room). Definitely a challenge if you’re a light sleeper.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025Upon arriving I texted for help with the keypad lock on door (since I never used that type before) and he came out right away and showed me. Very quiet area and closest to the Hawthorne airport that I found. Also, there is one designated off street parking, which is nice. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very cozy and clean, quiet and enjoyable. Very close to stores and shopping places. Close to most beaches just great.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We truly enjoyed our stay here. It’s right off the 105 freeway and close to everything that you need for shopping like target and supermarkets. The host were very kind and updated us on things as needed. Such as when we started to cook the smoke alarm went off and they let us know that the smoke alarm is sensitive to open the door and turn the fan on… little helpful things like that. they provided a parking space right in front of the door in which you were saying. the neighborhood was quiet. The place was clean and even though it’s attached to the main house there still is quite a bit of privacy which I appreciated. I would absolutely consider this property again if I’m ever to stay in the area.
