Starter Supplies:
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Baby Bundle:
If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Please make your request at the time of booking or 24 hrs prior to your arrival.

-Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside.
-The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

    The location is in a poor area( with roosters who will wake you up at 4:30am!). The building is old and dated, as well as the inside. The master bed TERRIBLE, very squeaky and we could hear all neighbors, the apartment is got thin walls. The only positives: it was clean and free parking in the back and a mile from Wholefoods. Plus they will charge you extra $70 if you try to come a bit early or clean sheets and towels( you will have to do it yourself) Over all, not worth the money, better value somewhere else.

    This was in a fantastic area close to all the restaurants in Wynwood. Also very close to the airport. Very clean inside with all the amenities to make the stay extremely comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and checking instructions were very easy and clear. Convenient parking spot in the back as well. 10/10, would recommend!

    The unit was very well done. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were not familiar with the area. The description of the location in the listing was very helpful. We were within a couple of miles of the medical facilities and within walling distance of just about everything else. Staff was also very helpful and accommodating we needed to extend our stay,

    Yes I will be renting again, location was perfect close to everything highways, eateries, shopping , quite house was perfect and clean I like that it was dish detergent washing powder the tissue wasn't cheap tissues and I'm big on that I hate cheap hard tissue. The white floor I love the towels were good and not cheap ones and the free private parking was a plus. Only negative was when you walked in it didn't smell fresh it needed airing out.

    Wasnt really happy with the home the olace had very poor lighting the lamps didn't help alot very dim in there I would suggest getting soke bigger lamps so that the house doesn't look so dead as well as the house didn't smell good at all inwould suggest getting soke plug in so that the home smells alot better when booking it said the home was 3 blocks from the beach then after I booked the address was almost 15mins from the beach
