This cozy, fully-equipped studio is located on the lower level and includes 1 comfortable bed, 1 bath, and a modern kitchen perfect for cooking your favorite meals. Relax on the plush couch after a day of exploring Houston or take advantage of the on-site laundry room for added convenience. The studio offers a warm, inviting space with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

As a note, this is ONE unit in a collection of unique spaces at our property. Need more room We can accommodate multiple guests across our other units!

Our guests can access all the property exterior and the parking.

Additional House Rules:

-Make sure to leave the gate opener on the kitchen counter before checkout (we charge $100 to replace it)
- No smoking inside our home. We charge a $350 fee if evidence of smoking is found.
- No illegal drugs or firearms on the premises
- No parties or loud, rowdy groups
- No pets allowed without prior approval
- No more than 2 additional daytime guests without Host approval
- We charge $400 to send a plumber to unclog a toilet due to excessive toilet paper or feminine products
- No confetti, glitter, or burning candles
- Houston has a hot and humid climate and sometimes it is impossible to keep bugs out. We exterminate every month to try and prevent this from happening.
- Please do not set the AC below 69 degrees which will cause the unit to freeze and stop working.
- We do have exterior cameras which record audio/video
