We stayed here for four days and had such an enjoyable and relaxing time that we were sad to leave. The apartment is incredibly clean, well kept, spacious and had absolutely everything we needed The area is beautiful and tranquil and very near Garmisch-

Really nice apartment with a great interior, very spacious and clean. The host was very welcoming and helpful. We stayed between Christmas and New Year's Eve, and having a Christmas tree in the apartment was a very nice touch. Thanks a lot for a great holiday.

My husband and I LOVED this apartment and only wished we had planned our trip to stay here an additional 2 days. There is so much to do and see in the G-P area! Everything about this apartment was perfect: the kitchen, living room, dining area, cute little balcony, bedroom and bathroom. Marianne was a lovely host. The area is a little bit outside of town and it is very peaceful, quiet and dark at night. Makes for a good night’s sleep! G-P is very close with many points of interest including the Olympic Park, Eibsee, Zugspitz and even Innsbruck, plus many others we didn’t have time to explore. I highly recommend this location.

You could not find a better place! We stayed while on a ski trip and we can hardly wait to go back again. The host are the nicest that we have met in our two month European vacation and we both highly recommend staying there.

A beautiful apartment and helpful owners.

This was our third stay, and it was as perfect as the two before then... we shall be going back for a fourth stay! Quiet, perfectly equipped, garden with spectacular view of the Zugspitze, Garmisch and Mittenwald nearby, and superb walks from difficult to easy.

Super clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and filters provided. Fast Wlan and smart TV. 6 km from Partenkirchen. Bus stop 100 meters from house. Bus runs early morning until 7:30 pm. Runs to Garmisch-Partenkirchen Bahnhof, Mittenwald and Herzogstand. I'm coming back in winter. Cross country ski trails accessible across the street. Frau Ludwig is very nice. You'll be very happy if you stay here.

Our experience at this apartment couldn't have been better! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We slept well in our comfortable bed and had every convenience for our stay. Our hostess was warm, accommodating, and unobtrusive...so very nice! We used this apartment as our home base while we took excursions in Germany and Italy. Lovely gardens in this pastoral setting, just a short drive from Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Well, it starts with the welcome -- a generous packet of excellent coffee, some juice -- all you may need to start your first morning, all that paired with the friendly welcome by Frau Ludwig. The rooms are in first-class order and beautifully presented. The beds are those Bavarian beds you never want to leave :-). Balcony under the eves provides sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. And not just Grmisch, Mittenwald is also very close, with a compact center and good shopping, too. A traditional restaurant is about minutes walk away, and walks for all tastes are very close. We defenitely want to go back for a longer summer holiday!
