The Ferienappartements am Granitzwald are located on the upper floor of a 2000 newly built residential building. They have a separate entrance, are about 48 square meters and were comfortable for .max. 3 adults furnished. Our guests can use a wireless internet connection for free.   The living room has a comfortable couch with table and a modern flat screen TV. There is also a dining table with chairs. From the living area leads to the beautiful balconywith garden furniture. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge.   The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe.   For a 3rd and 4th Guest can be provided if needed an extra bed on the couch in the living area. A small travel cot and a high chair can be booked on request for 3 euros per night. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and vanity.   Upon arrival, the beds are already made with linen. Fresh towels can be booked as initial equipment for 7 euros per guest on request.

The house is very quiet and close to nature right at the beginning of the Garnitz with beautiful mixed and beech forests. Up to the kilometer-long, sandy beach on the Baltic Sea, there are only about 1,500 m.    The Ostseebad Sellin, where our house is located, belongs to the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Southeast Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. Conveniently accessible by car, bus or the historic narrow-gauge railway Rasender Roland not only the other seaside resorts of Ruegen.   Each apartment has a nice balcony with garden furniture. In the garden a lawn can be used.   Upon arrival, the beds are already made with linen. Fresh towels can be booked as initial equipment for 7 euros per guest on request. Rental bikes can be brought directly to the object on request. The bus stop for public transport is about 800 meters away.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
