Meticulously updated to provide guests with the best creature comforts and superb finishes, this 4BR/3BA Deer Valley is the perfect place for families and groups. With a modern mountain vibe, the newly-renovated condo offers an open floor plan, spacious living areas, and plenty of sleeping space for your whole group, including two master bedrooms. In just a few steps you can catch the free shuttle to Deer Valley, Old Town for shopping and dining, and the first-class runs at Park City Mountain.

The Space:
With your hands warming on a mug of hot cocoa (or maybe a hot toddy for the adults!), settle into the living room sectional to watch your favorite movies on the large flat-screen TV. Curl up in the seating area in front of the simple, yet breathtaking, fireplace, which brings together warm wood and cool stone elements.

From the solid stone counters to the top-of-the-line stainless appliances, the kitchen combines pretty with practical. It’s open to the living room and dining area, allowing the cook to stay part of the conversation. Oozing a mid-century modern vibe mixed with contemporary touches, the dining table seats eight comfortably next to the cozy fireplace.

Sweet dreams await in the stunning master bedroom with soaring ceilings, elegant king bed, and couch for lounging. An en suite bathroom pampers with granite vanity and large walk-in shower. Another master bedroom offers additional privacy – it includes a king bed, love seat seating area, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Fun for kids of all ages, the bunk room features two queen beds situated under two twin loft beds. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and more of the hip mountain-chic decor found throughout the rest of the house. Guests can use the third full bath with another tiled walk-in shower.

Please note - the property can sleep 15 people, but should be a max of 10-12 adults, as the additional sleeping capacity is on pullout sofas and is best suited for kids.

For summer guests, central AC has been added as of July 2025.

The Neighborhood:
Great location with easy access to skiing and Old Town. One of our favorite spots to eat, Deer Valley Grocery Cafe, is also a 30 second walk. You're also steps from the Lower Deer Valley bus stops which provides free service every few minutes to the Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort (0.5 miles away) and Old Town (1.0 mile away).

Getting Around:
The free Park City shuttle stops steps from the unit, so it's extremely easy to get to Old Town, PCMR, Canyons, and back home to Deer Valley.

    A great condo very conveniently located near Deer Valley Resort. Bus stop steps away from the condo with buses going to both Deer Valley and Park City. Close enough that even the 3 year old grandson could easily walk it. Condo has well equipped kitchen and 4 comfortable bedrooms. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

    This property is perfect for multiple families, with two master bedrooms and a third bedroom with bunk beds. Everything worked great and it was a pleasure to stay there. The common room had everything we needed to hang out and unwind. The property is on the main road to the Ski Lodge with convenient bus service.

    Location was great and very convenient to Deer Valley and Park City. DV 's snowpark lodge is 4mins away via the free bus. Park City main Street is also a few munites away. The condo is nice and big with a kid's bunkers rooms up to 4-6. Plus another 3 bedrooms. (Including 2 large en-suite) The condo needs some maintenance: The dishwasher did not work and was partially broken We had to unplug the wine fridge which started to big due to temperature alarm A bathtub was clogged (the rental company was very reactive on this).

    It was fine, but in the age of COVID, plushy seat covers and other soft and bacteria prone materials are not ideal. The location is far for both PC and DV walking distance (and not a nice walk to PC). The dishwasher’s bottom tray needs to be repaired. The dryer also needs fixing as drying takes hours. The barbecue is also in need of repair or replacement. I hope this is helpful.

    Lots of shuttles to grab our group and take a quick (3 min) ride into town. The wifi was strong enough for our group of 9 to be streaming/working throughout the week.

    The location was great for our family - close to park city Main Street, lots of hiking, golf and shopping. Maintenance was very attentive and quick to respond.

    Overall cute place but few things to be noted..No a/c but fans which did absolutely nothing when this place is in the 80's. It is very very hot. No deck furniture which is kind of a shame with a cute deck. Mold in dishwasher, shower pressure not good , washer and dryer are a joke, takes hours to dry anything. On the positive..Very good location , easy to bike to town.Lots of shops, restaurants nearby.
