Faulkner Ranch Bunkhouse

The hosts are such great people. They make you feel so welcome. The amenities are just what you need. The horses and barn were great for our great grandson. He loves petting the horses and taking walks at the ranch!

This was our second time staying at Faulkner Ranch, and it was just as great as the first! The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like a true getaway. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the home had all the essentials for a relaxing stay.We really appreciate the attention to detail and the hospitality from the hosts — communication was prompt and friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy.It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming and consistent each time you visit. Everything was fantastic! House was spotless and kitchen stocked with all spices you would need! Our great grandson loved the horses. We all enjoyed watching the team roping at the arena. The hosts were the best ever. Did not have a single problem. Will most definitely be staying there again!

Great place, very calming out there with the animals

The Property Host Peyton was so helpful going up and beyond what she could of done . The owners were very socialble and showed southern hospitality at it's best .would love to come back see the blue bonnets in bloom.

Great place, the kids loved the horses. Quick communication and resolutions when we needed something. If we venture that way again, we'd book again!*The post should be updated to reflect that the sofa is not a pull out but rather they do provide roll out cots for additional sleeping arrangements.

We enjoyed our stay at Faulkner Ranch. Everything was really nice and new except one main exception. The beds were very soft and difficult to sleep in since we are used to a firmer mattress. We loved how close to town the ranch is to the city, and yet far enough away to make you feel like you are in a remote area. The horses are fun to see as well!

Stayed there for weekend. The owners were friendly and the place was clean and very nice. The horse stable right next to us was cool as we were able to let our grandson pet them. The owners also were giving ripping lessons that Friday to a couple and it was cool watching them. We were able to totally relax and unwind while we were there.

This quaint farmhouse looks rustic on the outside but is very modern and clean inside. Our kids really enjoyed playing with the horses in the barn next door, and staring at the stars (& a comet!) at night. The owner and his family live in a house nearby and were very friendly and responsive to our needs. Llano, TX is a short drive for resupply, or you can drive to Enchanted Rock and Fredricksburg for more variety. Highly recommend this property for your next country getaway.

It was great experience.

Spacious, private ranch with comfortable beds, nice decor, and horses on the property. Supposedly good for star gazing though unfortunately it was overcast when we were there. Definitely recommend.

Nice layout... away from other services

Very nice property, close to town. The bunkhouse was roomy, clean & comfortable.

Everything was great...there was no trash bag for the kitchen, i am sure they would have brought one if I asked. The property is very nice and the animal's were fun to walk around and visit with them.
