Fantastic Ocean View! Minutes' Walk to Beach! Brand New Split Unit for AC/Heat!

Beautiful beach literally a 2 minute walk away. Center of town a 15 minute walk. Apartment is nice, ocean view deck and pool a bonus. My only complaint would be that there's no proper AC in the bedroom, but the living room one is strong enough to get the job done. We had a great time!

We loved staying here! The unit is beautifully decorated and very clean. We especially loved the ocean views from the deck, and the provided beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge plus. The bed was also very comfortable. The beach is a quick walk and town is a 3 minute drive. We will definitely be back!

Awesome spot to stay while enjoying all Montauk has to offer. Great location - across the street from beach and 1 mile walk from town. Cozy apt that had enough space for my wife, toddler and me. Hosts were great communicators.

Beautifully appointed, beach themed, accommodations which felt brand new. Fabulous deck with great view and within walking distance to everything.

This Atlantic Buff condo had a wonderful view from the balcony. It was the middle of September; we saw Humpback Whales and Dolphins from the deck. The place was clean, cozy and had all the essentials for a week-long stay. Check-in and check-out went perfectly. It was easy to get to Montauk, we even walked in a few times. Convenient to Amaganssett, Sag Harbor and the other Hamptons.

This was a perfect birthday weekend celebration for my husband and me. The apartment is lovely. Bonnie has taken great care to make this a cozy beach getaway and the location - just steps away from the beach - is wonderful. The deck with the beautiful view of the ocean is the perfect setting for evening cocktails. Communication with Bonnie and Josh was excellent. They responded promptly to all of our questions. We will be back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, and every detail was well thought out. The short walk to the beach was incredibly convenient, and once we arrived, we were blown away by how spectacular the beach was. If you love the ocean and Montauk, this is the perfect spot for you. We were would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape. It was an amazing trip!

Bontauk made our first trip to Montauk a memorable one. From the beautifully decorated condo to the easy mile walk to town, we will definitely be planning to be back. This was a great place to stay and has every amenity you need.

Such a cute place and so perfectly situated. Pool in the complex, beach across the street, free shuttle to town. The unit itself is pristine, everything worked perfectly, comfortable bed, with everything we needed for a summer vacay including tote bags, beach chairs, towels and even sunscreen. Wish all vacations were this easy. Would gladly come back.

Bonnie’s property is as described and was a lovely vacation for our family. It is oceanfront and an easy walk to the beach. It’s got a great deck where we had breakfast and dinner.

This place was simply perfect, decorated beautifully, great location, well taken care of and clean. We were so comfortable for our Memorial Day weekend stay.
