We are glad to be back offering our bright, art deco era upper unit with great living area that overlooks other unique homes in a historic district. It is three easy blocks to the light rail and close to downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, trails, breweries and restaurants.
The duplex was built in 1925 and maintains its original art deco feel. The dark woodwork, door hardware, North and South side piano windows, winding staircase and hardwood flooring throughout the home
