Stayed Nov 5, 2025Wi-fi worked well. I'm not sure it was clear from the listing that the unit is upstairs, which was a down-side for my 83-year-old mother. But it was nice and private, kitchen was equipped well enough for us, and the washer and dryer was a nice bonus. Parking was available behind the building, but it was too tight for our Ford Transit van, so we used street parking, usually available within a couple blocks. Safe neighborhood. We couldn't figure out how to make the stopper work in the bathroom sink, so my husband struggled to shave, but maybe that was just us.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023Clean property and we enjoyed the stay. Walking distance to downtown Mateo. Lots of restaurants to choose from and felt safe walking around the area. I would recommend this place if anyone is looking to stay around San Mateo.
