Stayed May 4, 2025Good apartment and location, 5 minute walk to Mar Menor and 15 minutes to central area. Average amount of cooking utensils (we added some to property). Shower, toilet, and sink sometimes smelled (we poured bleach down each, which helped). Shower head needs new firmer holder. Needs a coffee table in living room. (Manuals to use stove, oven, microwave, and overhead stove fan would be helpful.)Neighbor are major smokers, which made solarium difficult for us (non-smokers) to use. Overall, Javier was a great host. Very responsive. The apartment was clean and in good shape. A great value. We would stay again.

Stayed May 25, 2025Had a great stay in the apartment. Had everything we needed and really clean and well kept. 2 mins walk from beach and halfway between 525 square and the old town so handy for everything. Lovely outside space with sun all day and really quiet would recommend.

Stayed May 11, 2024The property was exactly as described. It was literally a 5 minute stroll to the beach and the closest beach bar. And just a few minutes to the old town. There is a supermarket close by and shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The patio at the back of the apartment was quite and held the sun til quite late in the evening. We ate out there most evenings. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The bedrooms were large with plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were comfortable. The TV only has Spanish channels, not a problem for us, but worth considering if you aren't Spanish speaking and have children. Overall the apartment and location were perfect for us and we would definitely recommend it.
