Stayed Sep 1, 2025This accommodation was amazing, honestly it was even more beautiful than in the pictures! We were with 10 people. There are lots of places to hang out in the house. You have a huge private terrace with a beautiful view, but can also sit at the table in the front of the house with the same view, or inside the living room. The shared infinity pool is also very nice. Everything was clean and the host was very helpful with everything during our stay. It couldn't have been better!

Stayed Jul 27, 2025This is a really lovely, spacious house which has been beautifully decorated and modernised. Plenty of space for 2 families with a superb roof terrace with great views on each side towards the sea and mountains. The shared pool area is a quiet and relaxing area to spend time after a day of sightseeing. The house is in a lovely small village within easy reach by car of supermarkets and restaurants in Il Rousse and beautiful beaches a short drive away. The small bathroom could have been a bit cleaner on our arrival but otherwise the house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely return to this property.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024The concierge Mohhmed was fantastic!! He made the stay great. The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was very clean. A great location after a long day! The internet was terrible. I'm not sure if it was the location or the router and equipment, but if your world revolves around the internet this will not be for you. The other issue was that the beds were extremely hard. Not very firm, but very hard. If these two things are not an issue for you then this is the perfect place near Ile Rousse!

Stayed Aug 5, 2023This was a lovely place to stay. Very spacious for a family of four - would certainly be suitable for two families to share, but also fine for one. There is a very nice roof terrace with views on both sides. Village is quiet and beaches 20 mins drive away. Pool is lovely. Mohammed is very kind and helpful to settle us in. We hope to return.

Stayed Jun 15, 2019It's not often a rental property exceeds expectations but this one certainly did. Fabulous spacious apartment with stunning views, balcony and a massive roof terrace. Perfect position to visit the villages and beaches of Balange. Great walk through and above the village or to Monticello. 10 minute drive to L'ile Rousse and we found it easy and cheap to park in the car park opposite the supermarket. There is also a massive Super U on the road into L'ile Rousse from Calvi. The restaurant at the Santa Hotel next door is expensive but the food is excellent and the desserts are a must.
