Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was such a nice apartment, well stocked, and perfectly located to access all the sights by foot. Beatriz was very friendly and helpful when we needed something and besides she is such a lovely person. We kissed goodbye on the cheeks as ladies in Spain do, and we do miss her and beautiful Seville. Thank you Beatriz for a great time in Seville.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment was just as described; very clean and centrally located. Beatriz was very helpful; she met us with the keys and information we needed for the apartment and surrounding area. The apartment was well lighted and had a completely equipped kitchen. The market was just a few steps away. There was plenty of room for a couple. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This apartment was wonderful. The pictures actually don't do it justice - unlike the professional photos that usually gloss over imperfections, the apartment is actually much nicer than one can see in the photo. The location is great - near alfalfa plaza and walking distance to everything. Despite being so central, the apartment is very quiet. And, most important, Beatriz is extremely accommodating and responsive.
