Stayed Jul 29, 2025We needed to accommodate 8 people and this apartment’s 4 full bedrooms, 3 baths really helped us to be comfortable for our stay. The air conditioning in all rooms worked great and really helped on these hot days, also it was great that we were able to do laundry in the washing machine and hang it to dry on the large balcony. The check in and check out process went smoothly and the staff were attentive to one request that we made during our stay.The location in Oltrarno is not in the center of Florence but it’s about 25 minutes walk. We liked this because there are nice restaurants and shops that are more authentic/ less touristy.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024We were two families with teenage children. The apartment was further away from the city center than what it seemed in booking but the walk was not bad and it was nice staying in a neighborhood instead of with tourists. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our group.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023The check in process could have been improved. We repeatedly asked for the address and the response was for tenant privacy we could not have it until the last minute. In reality the codes etc. are needed to gain entry so it would,have not been an issue to provide us with the address. The beds and pillows are hard as a rock. It is like camping. The master toilet lid came off during out stay. There was some deferred maintenance. If you are a senior be prepared for a long narrow stairway to truck luggage up that we were not told about.
