Fantastic 5-storey building with gigantic sea views, 2 bedrooms

Host was prompt at check in but quick to exit with 100 euro cleaning fee. No explanation on the operation of stove, washer and shower. Refused a second key which made planning the day with other couple frustrating. No change of bedding, 10 nites sleeping in same sheets not good especially since the washer did not work . Had to go to the laundromat and pay to get clean towels. Toilet seat broke, rusted off. Frying pans need replacing and mold in the shower needs work. Excellent view , nicely decorated and great location.

It was a wonderfull experience and the appartment has a wonderfull view. Only in the Night until around 11pm there was live music nearby.

but there were issues. 1) the lock needs to be repaired, it was difficult to open the door every time; 2) it is not in Cala Millor - this was important for GPS; 3) owner initially tried to take us to a 1 bedroom when we booked a 2 bedroom, it was resolved; 4) paid double for cleaning fee as I paid owner in cash.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone , and the owner was very pleasant and helpful also quick response to message very pleasant stay thank you so much

Booking, payment, check in, and check out were a breeze. The location is excellent to drive and discover the east coast of Mallorca and just a short walk from the super touristy areas (this location would be my preference for cala millor)! With supermarkets and restaurants at the doorstep, with the beach about 100m away location is just ideal. We were so pleased with our stay here and look forward to our next trip to this paradise. *FYI, If you use too much electricity, there may be a charge.

Located at the very southern end of Cala Millor with beautiful walk along the promenade to the restaurants and shops. Would have helped if there were slightly better instruction s on how to get to the apartment and some local information. But it was easy to locate the information centre and lots of local places to visit.

No contact number for access to the property when we arrived! Helped luckily by another couple staying at property. Need more information regarding keys on arrival. Apart from this happy with our stay.

Very easy to book. Great location, within steps of Cala Millor white sand beach.apartment was in a very secure building Owner very nice and easy to work with. Property was very clean and well positioned, facing a beautiful view of the promenade and the beach. Comfy beds, good furniture, great shower and bath. Good markets and restaurants all around property. Highly recommended. We can’t wait to return.
