Vito and his daughter are fantastic hosts, responding quickly on all questions, helped finding free parking nearby and providing great advice on the local area.

Really well done interior with great location just off main square. Owners were very accommodating. Enjoyed 2 nights with five.

Long we to have a break

This might be my all time favorite vacation rental I've ever stayed at. The location is so ideal and the space is somehow both cozy and spacious. We were four adults and two children and had more than enough room and just felt at home and relaxed immediately. Really magical place.

My family of four stayed here at the end of August. It was such a great place. The location is in walking distance to the beach. You can walk to the main beach road and take in the energetic nightly life of food, entertainment and people socializing. It’s in walking distance to the funicular. The charm of the apartment is unique. It’s cozy and colorful and the outdoor deck all made our stay in Nazare better. Both hosts were so friendly and hospitable. I wish we would have booked it for longer.

From the moment we were greeted by Vera we felt welcome. The home is one we are going to miss. There was enough space for our whole family inside and the outdoor terrace was a nice hang out space. The kitchen was well equipped and we were lacking nothing. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nazare.

Once we got to Nazaré we were greeted by Vera and Vitó’s friend Fatima because Vera and Vitó regrettably could not be there to greet us in person. Fatima was so helpful and sweet. We had an instant connection. We already felt a connection with Vera and Vitor, and Fatima took it to the next level. It was like a friend had lent us their beautiful flat to stay while experiencing the area. It was my wife’s 50th and as a present from Vito’s family they arranged a massage with Fatima who is a professional masseuse. Amazing!! I have nothing but respect for this family and Fatima. Their home was home as soon as we walked in. Thank you Vera, Vitó and Fatima for everything you did to make our stay so amazing. You have raised the bar to dizzying heights. ??

We had such a wonderful stay in Vitor & Vera's lovely apartment! It was a perfect size for our family of 4 (2 adults, pre-teen & teen). Everything was exactly as described: comfortable, cozy, charming, a short stroll to the beach with cabanas, and close to all we needed. Vera met us at the apartment and showed us everything inside and out, including where to find free street parking for our rental car. Vitor's restaurant recommendations were perfect. Thanks also to Vera's friend Fatima, who gave us some excellent sightseeing advice: Our jeep tour with Rui of Naturumm, and a fast boat trip from Peniche to spend the day at Berlengas Island were the highlights of our week! We enjoyed our apartment-mates, the seagull family, who greeted us every morning from the terrace and welcomed a piece of bread (but always kept their distance). The baby bird did wander onto the terrace a couple of times, but we got him back up quickly for a good scolding from his mama. Who knew we would find such a variety of experiences here? We had adventures that we will always remember. Thank you for a restful holiday!

What a wonderful apartment, the beds were very comfortable (an essential for me), there was plenty of seating room, the views were lovely and it was so quick and easy to access the town and beach. My teenage children also really enjoyed the music on the terrace while they sunbathed! Vito and Vera thank you for being of friendly and approachable, we hope to return next year. Beautiful apartment!
