Family Friendly Escape Private HotTub and Yard

The condo had everything we needed. It’s beautiful and the location is perfect. Pete and Cathy were easy to communicate with. We all wished we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The home is located just up the way from the pier. It couldn’t be in a better spot! Also, it had everything we needed in the kitchen, the bathrooms and the backyard. The beds were very comfortable and the home is very quiet at night. We will stay again!

The condo was clean and festively decorated for Christmas! The kitchen was well stocked with excellent array of pots, pans, utensils. The beds super comfy!! The location perfect, a short walk in one direction to the beach and in the other, to town! The owners were super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa Del Mar was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beautiful San Clemente Pier beach, and surrounded by an incredible selection of restaurants all within walking distance. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.The condo itself felt like a full-on beach resort. Every amenity we could have possibly needed was already there, which made packing and planning for the trip incredibly simple. It was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home.Pete and Cathy are outstanding hosts. Communication was top-notch from start to finish, and they went above and beyond by sharing local tips, activity updates, and some great restaurant recommendations that we ended up loving!Our family had an amazing time and created priceless memories that we’ll cherish forever. We’re already talking about our next visit—can’t wait to come back!

The condo was amazing. Had a nice little backyard. We had two little dogs. It was very convenient. We walked all the restaurants on the beach. They provided all the beach, chairs, towels, and umbrella umbrellas, which was very nice for us and it was very quiet at night we would highly recommend staying here.

Such a cute, comfortable, and clean place to stay with tons to do in walking distance. Tge hosts did a great job. Highly recommend!

Well maintained & stocked place with a very small yard. Amazing location easy walk to the pier & up to all the shops & restaurants.

I traveled to San Clemente with 3 friends to play pickleball, and it was the perfect location. We walked to the beach, coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. It was a short drive to Life Time to play pickleball on their beautiful courts. The trip was better than anticipated! We all loved our stay. Thank you!

We come to San Clemente multiple times per year to visit our daughter and her family but this visit we were also brining my father-in-law and daughter-in-law and needed quite a bit more room. This condo was perfect! Clean and spacious with a spot-on location, and the hosts were very attentive and available for any questions. And they left wine! Highly recommend. And if we ever need a larger space to visit we will definitely be back here again.

Excellent home to stay at. It was a perfect place to get ready for my daughter's wedding. I would love to stay again and being able to enjoy all the extras included in the home.

Great amenities and excellent location. Restaurants, beach and free trolley near by. Plenty of high quality beach gear and very clean, comfortable quarters. Loved it.

This condo is a San Clemente gem. It’s a great location, park your car and walk for your entire stay. It’s a short, although somewhat hilly, walk to the beach. And a very short walk to the local restaurants and shopping. The hosts of the condo are so fantastic! This was the most well stocked rental I have ever stayed at and she is very responsive if you need anything. Our stay was the perfect back to school girls trip.

Great house location. Only issue was the water heater kept going out. We worked through it with Cathy's help.
