family-friendly accommodation in a quiet residential area in the city

The views were outstanding. It was a few minutes from the U-Bahn (local train) which quickly connected us to the zoo, Porsche & Mercedes museums, and the town center. It felt like home - peaceful, well-equipped, with a natural warmth and family feel.Maria answered questions about transport beforehand. There is a charming donkey farm Eselsmuhle south of the city we wanted to visit before we arrived. She helped me figure out those logistics and greeted us warmly after a long travel day. Her place has the best-organized, most-comprehensive information we have encountered.The ground floor family has a lovely yard with a bunny hutch. We loved checking in on the bunnies as we left and returned each day. The grocery store was within 10 minutes' walk.

Wonderful place to stay. Well equipped and very close to public transportation.

Very clean and well stocked apartment. The property owner was very nice. The area is a little challenging to park if you have a car, not much to walk to. One flight of stairs and no elevator, but very quiet.

Quality solid built house, beautifully appointed inside. Great tourist information and location for easy access to sites. Extremely comfortable stay, equipped with everything. Lovely host.

This was a pass through trip for us, but the apartment was perfect. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The apartment was pristine, very spacious, and had everything you could need and more. A nearby park at a stop (I think it was Mineralbad?) was lovely with swans, geese, and varieties of ducks. It was my children’s favorite part of Stuttgart!

Wonderful host and location. Quiet neighbourhood with great access to the tram and main line station. Tue apartment was clean and well appointed. A great spot to base yourself to see the sights of Stuttgart.

Myself and my 2 sons stayed at Marias for 2 nights. What a brilliant family apartment. Great size. Very clean. And superb transport links. I plan to re-visit and would certainly use this family friendly accommodation. My boys who are 22 and 24 even played with the toys. Definitely recommend.
