AT049 Els Pins II: Apartment located in one of the best areas of Torredembarra beach: 'Els Pins' ; a residential complex facing the sea with a beautiful communal area with 2 swimming pools (one large and one more for children) open from mid-June to mid-September, with pine trees (which gives the name to the residential complex) that provides a very pleasant shade in the summer months, and a door direct exit to the promenade (which is exclusively pedestrian) and the beach. The apartment has 3floors and has ducted air conditioning in all rooms. On the main floor there is the living room with access to a terrace with frontal views of the sea behind the pine trees, a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Going down a spiral staircase we find the ground floor which has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third floor which is a large solarium terrace is accessed by a spiral staircase from the living room. The rental price also includes a private parking space. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
