With an entrance almost at street level, reaching our apartment is a breeze: just 4 steps, and you'll find yourself in an oasis of calm and style.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms: the first, surprisingly spacious, is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a fixed crib, perfect for travelers with little explorers in tow.
The second room, more intimate but equally cozy, offers two single beds that can be converted into a double bed upon request, perfectly adapting to your needs.
The living room, large and inviting, is the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Here you will find a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two more people, allowing the house to host up to 6 guests.
Whether you are planning a trip with friends or a family vacation, you will have all the space you need to relax and enjoy your stay.
To ensure your maximum comfort, the apartment has two large bathrooms, both with XXL showers, so no more queues for the bathroom!

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
