Relax with your whole family in the quiet yet centrally located Paula family holiday apartment. It can accommodate up to five people. Aligned to the Alvier-stream you will find a lot of peace and relaxation after varied and entertaining days in the Brandnertal nature.



FACILITIES:



A washing machine can also be used as a dryer. The Gufer 55 restaurant, which has been awarded 2 toques, is located in the same building.



The apartment itself is modernly furnished, fully equipped and ideally suited for couples. Families with small children appreciate the barrier-free access and the short distances to all relevant facilities. Two separate bedrooms each have a double bed. In the spacious living room, the couch can be prepared for an additional bed.



The underground parking space reserved especially for you guarantees a relaxed arrival and departure. Further facilities such as a ski, bicycle and drying room are available to you. In winter you have the choice of boarding the Brandnertal ski area in just a few minutes either with the Dorfbahn or with the Palüdbahn.



The ski bus stops right in front of the house and takes you to one of these two stations in just a few minutes. You are welcome to leave your car.



LOCATION:



The Paula family holiday apartment is located in the historic center of Brand, right next to the Walser Ensemble. This ensemble consists of the parish church, a historic Walser house, an old Walser stable, the old elementary school and the vicarage of the parish of Maria Himmelfahrt.



SURROUNDING:



The cross-country ski run and the hiking trail are right next to the house. In the summer you are practically in the hiking area and in the immediate vicinity of the golf course, the riding stables and the local natural bathing lake.

    Very clean & spacious apartment. Being on the 4th floor and overlooking the river, apartment has attractive outlook. Well appointed. Good undercover parking in secure & spacious parking. Brand is a lovely, quiet, pedestrian village with really beautiful hiking in the surrounding hills. Breathtaking views from cable cars and vantage points.
