Spacious accommodation, magnificent views, close to all you require for a great holiday.
THE ACCOMMODATION - consists of a spacious lounge and dining area. The room is furnished with two comfortable sofas as well as a day bed that quickly converts into two single beds. There is a large screen tv offering channels in many languages. The dining table extends for larger families too. There is direct access to the L shaped balcony which wraps around the corner of the building. The balcony hasall day sun and is furnished with two tables and various chairs for al fresco dining as well as recliner type chairs for enjoying a book or the fabulous sea views.
There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed (2m long). It has fitted wardrobes and direct access to the balcony. The bedroom is served by a bathroom with bath and shower over.
The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds. A third bed or cot can be added if required. No additional charge. This bedroom is served by a shower room with walk in shower.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for those who prefer to cater for themselves. It has electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter type), toaster, juicer etc. etc. I also provide an ironing board, iron and hairdryer.
The pool and garden are always well maintained.
POOL OPEN ALL YEAR.
Two lifts serve the apartment and parking is available if required - no charge. Please note during July and August the parking can not be guaranteed.
Finally - for those who require mobility scooters there is a hire shop just 5 minutes away and in the car park of the building we have a designated charging point for the scooters.

AC/Heating is provided via a pay meter in the apartment. Used responsibly it is economical to use. Cost 0.40 cents per hour.

THE LOCATION.
The property is close to all you require for a relaxing stay. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. The high street shopping is a 5 minute walk away. There are many restaurants, bistros and cafes within a 2 minute walk too, and of course there is the 8 Km Paseo Maritimo and all it has to offer passing in front of the apartment.

AIRPORT TRANSFER.
Transfer from the airport is quick and economical on the train. Trains leave the airport every 20 minutes, journey time is 25 minutes and the cost is approx. €3.50 per person. The walk from the station to the apartment is a short 7 minutes over level ground, being located at sea level there are no hills to climb with the luggage. I will provide a train timetable during the booking process.
Other transfer options are:-
Local taxis which are always available in front of the arrivals hall. Cost is approx €50 per car maximum 4 passengers. Larger taxis are available but you will need to request one from the taxi drivers on arrival.

    Easy, prompt communication with Jacqui for the check in and throughout our stay. The spacious apartment was ideal for our family of four. Wonderful balcony with plenty of seats over a far reaching view to the right and left side of the beach and the pool/gardens. Sunny all day long from each aspect, with also a shaded spot. Great pool which my son enjoyed a lot of the time, not too busy. Ideal location for the shops, restaurants and train station. Would highly recommend!

    This is a great apartment on the frontline with fabulous views of the beach from three sides Los Boliches is a nice mainly Spanish resort and not at all spoilt, the beach front is immaculate The balcony looks out along the whole sea front The apartment is well equipped and the gardens and pool well maintained if you want a break from the beach Parking is a bonus if you have a car and it’s a short stroll to lots of lovely restaurants The aircon is extra but a must in the summer months One of the main beds was a little firm for our taste but the second room was perfectJackie was very helpful and friendly and the communication was quick and easyWe had a great stay near to family and would book again

    This is an excellent property for a holiday in Los Boliches, close to the train station and a number of supermarkets whilst being situated right on the seafront with unimpeded views of the sea and beaches. The apartment was very spacious just for the two of us but I am sure it would also accommodate a family of four without a problem. Jackie, our host, was very helpful both with her arrangements to meet and also in explaining about places to visit and see in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Los Boliches.

    Enjoyed our stay at this bright, open apartment with a great balcony view. Host communication was great. Easy walk to the train station, shops and restaurants. Some amenities such as bedding, towels and paper goods supply could be improved, but the place was comfortable for 3 adults. On site parking was a plus.

    Really super apartment, fantastic location. Communication with Jackie our host was excellent and she was there to meet us and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. Lovely views from the balconies amazing sunrises. All public areas and pool kept spotless. Beach very clean with sun loungers 6€ per person per day, well worth it. Loads of places to eat within walking distance. Great supermarket opposite the train station. Malaga airport to Los Boliches by train under €3.5 per person. No real need for a car Highly recommend this apartment will definitely return

    From the moment you communicate with the owner Jackie it’s a Five star experience. You couldn’t get a better apartment for views at the front of Los Boliches. Having a wrap around balcony is 2nd to none as you have sun or shade from sunrise to sunset and you can watch the world go by which doesn’t really stop. The apartment block and pool area is spotless at all times and the cleanliness of the apartment matches that. It’s spotless and has everything you could wish for to have a great Holiday. First time visiting this apartment but really won’t be our last.
