The Space:

This1,286 sq ft 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is great for a family or group of friends that like to travel together. Not only do you have a sitting area in the apartment and space to spread out, but you can also access a larger common lounge area at the condo building with lots of comfy sofas, a fireplace, TV, and several laptop-friendly workspaces to relax, work or socialize. You’ll also have access to a shared fitness room so you don't have to miss your daily workouts.



The apartment features:



- A luminous LIVING space with comfortable seating, wall-mounted SMART TV with Netflix (guest sign in), and a large window to let in lots of light. Perfect for downtime moments at home.



- A fully-equipped KITCHEN for preparing meals at home with all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up any meal at any time of the day. Including a coffee maker for the morning perk up and a DISHWASHER for easy cleanups!



- A built-in BREAKFAST BAR at the kitchen counter to seats 6 to enjoy meals at home or maybe use it as a laptop work spot (if you must... and we hope you don't!).



- 3 comfortably furnished BEDROOMS and 2 full BATHROOMS with stand-in showers to accommodate 6 guests as such:

The Bringham’s Mill Apartments are in a great neighborhood that is centrally located in Rexburg. You’ll be within walking distance of many good restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Also near a waterpark and the Life Science Museum, the Legacy Flight Museum (a cool airplane museum!), parks and so many fun things to do such as the BYU Ropes Course where you can test your skill and nerve! Outdoor common areas and corridors are monitored by security cameras for guest safety only.



Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement after booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform (Not ABB). This temporary hold will be released after check-out if all terms are met.

    It was a nice place, in a safe and comfortable neighborhood. The only downside was a very noisy bathroom fan, and the clothes washer sounded like there was a helicopter in the room.

    If fit our large group. However, it does not seem like the place gets cleaned. There were crumbs in our beds and stains on the towels. Also, there was stuff left over from the previous people that had stayed there that hadn’t been cleared out.

    We previously stayed at another unit in this property and were excited to come back. Overall it was a mostly great stay. Our favorite things about this unit: Spacious, comfortable, newer, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer. With three rooms we were each able to have an office to work from-room.to room noise was minimal. Elevator is great for hauling luggage and groceries to upper floors Areas for improvement: Online check in app hasnt worked with phone for either stay.- it took a lot of effort to get sorted for both stays. Kitchen lacks cooking tools/supplies. Plates and utensils-ample, but only one bowl (giant) for mixing/serving, very few pans, no baking pans, broken can opener, missing things like grater, vegetable peeler, mixer etc.Largest drinking glasses - 8 oz plastic cups. Neighbor cranked up bass for several hours one night Property was showing some wear and tear with scuffs, baseboards etc.
