This was the worst place we have ever rented To start off we was terribly misled The original add did not say 2nd floor with 18 steps to get to the rental 4 to reach the porch If you have a chronic lung condition pass I came thru the gate almost wiped out on the sheet of ice that greeted me. According to the picture you use the front door which I was told to use the box to the far right. No, no, no you walk around to the side of the porch where there is another entrance Finally after trying for a very long time to reach host &VRBO we were finally lead to the other door Description changed after complaint fiked Clearly we listed 2 adults 4 children We stayed 4 nights We was provided w/1 hand towel, 6 bath towels, 4 washcloths, 1 towel for the kitchen. Keep in mind this adds says accomod.10. Do the math Then the kitchen is very small, extra sm. microwave & a fridge for 2 The 1/2bathroom has no lighting 18 steps to get to Top bunk beds doesn't have 2nd rail on them, headboard for the double bed isnt attached This home smells horrible, musty, moldy & when heat kicks on it puts off a horrible odor. This place was not clean I wrote in the dust & sent it along with many other pictures & videos to VRBO There was someones floss on the floor Christmas garland sheddings throughout most rooms, the floor felt awful to walk on, hence take slippers. Host controls heat We sat 1eve in hoodies wrapped in blankets 2 child w/severe allergies including cold urticuria Med attn sought Not a safe

Had a great time at this beautiful home with my family while in town for my nieces’s wedding at the Botanical Gardens. It was 3 minutes from there and very convenient! The house and backyard was so enjoyable for us all to spend time together! Communication with Elle was fantastic also. I highly recommend staying here when in Fort Wayne!

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet, and private with wifi available. Parking available right in the front. We even had a cookout in the backyard. I highly recommend this place.

Six seniors staying for a weekend bowling tournament in Fort Wayne. Pre-stay communication was excellent. Check-in was easy as all we needed was the code for the front door. Nice neighborhood. Class A baseball a block away. Fun bar/restaurant/entertainment a half block away. One of the owners stopped by on Saturday and told us about some nearby hangouts. All in all, a great stay and we plan on staying there again any time we have a bowling tournament in Fort Wayne
