I like the high ceiling of the sleeping area / living area because we are only 2 people. We don't need the sleeping sofa. The back yard has a lot of trees. You can watch from inside the different birds flying from trees to balcony.

We LOVED this vacation rental for our family of 5. Perfect size for us. across the street from the most amazing sunset views every night Easy walkable to the most beautiful beach. Clean and perfect for our family. would highly recommend.

The condo was beautiful and clean and the kitchen has absolutely everything we could need or want!!!!! Close enough to walk to beach, easy communication. Only one downside the loft gets pretty warm while the lower level is cold even with all fans on. Kathy was amazing meeting us to give us a hat we left, above and beyond! Fantastic Manager! Thank you

Loved the stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry as well as the snorkel and awesome variety of beach gear. Kids loved the loft sleeping area. Entry directions were clear. Unit was very clean. Some of the dining chairs are showing their wear, and the sofa bed mattress was thin enough to be a bit uncomfortable to sleep on without extra padding. Area was very nice and so close to the ocean and mountains and very beautiful and manicured. Markets and restaurants were just a 10 minute drive away. Overall good stay. Little additional details like updated reading books (Hawaii guide was from 2012), nearby markets, recommended restaurants, and locals tips would have been helpful to have and help guests settle into the area faster. There was some printed info in the unit, but it was a bit short on details.

My kids and I loved this place so much. It was our first big trip with no other adults or friends and we couldn’t have picked a better or safer place to stay. Friendly neighbors, beautiful scenery, the beds (especially the king) were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Located close to a grocery store which was super convenient with 4 kids. The condo is in the perfect location for everything and still feels secluded at the same time. Truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Great balcony view of Paridise! Clean well cared for condo! Only hassle was the neighbor parking in our parking space when we came home late on our last night due to a medical issue. We could not get a response from them. We did not know where to park so that we would not get a fine. After a futile 20 minutes of running around in the dark and rain a parking supervisor came by and explained the situation. He would not ticket us. He could not do anything about the parking space situation.

We could not have picked a better place in Princeville! The condo is clean and very welcoming, with a kitchen equipped with everything needed. The local market is nearby and a few nice beaches (including the amazing Queen's Bath are within walking distance). Across the street you can admire a breathtaking sunset any day the clouds allow it. We highly recommend this place!

The unit was so comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was provided. Recommend looking through the kitchen before grocery shopping as so many basics are there. There are beaches within walking /hiking. Highly recommend the overlook across the street for sunset views. We enjoyed the views while hanging out on the deck with our morning coffee/tea before we whipped up breakfast in the kitchen.

The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, salt & pepper, etc. The host was friendly and so helpful. But I had to give it four stars because the loft sleeping area was so hot as to be unusable for sleeping. We had to pull a mattress downstairs and have our kids sleep in the dining area because the single, tiny window unit air conditioner simply cannot cool the loft sleeping space. It's a nice apartment if you're not using the upstairs beds, but we booked it because we wanted that extra sleeping space and just couldn't use it.

This is a very cool location and perfect jump off spot for many outdoor things to see in Princeville area. Walk out the door to a walking running trail and ocean view.Place was well appointed.

It was a great place to stay, close to everything we needed to do on the north end. Beautiful view from the porch.

This is an excellent property for a family stay. The outside views are unbeatable - both the front and back. We had a lot of rainbows visible from the porch, and so many beautiful birds coming to visit on the patio. Strongly recommended!

Couldn’t have had a better week at this property. The house was a perfect size for our family and Kathy was lovely to deal with, and gave us some great tips on things to do. Would love to return one day!!

The view from the back balcony is breathtaking-- the mountains, waterfalls and rainbows pretty much every day. Just waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony was so amazing. Being so close to the best snorkeling Hideaways beach, beautiful sunset lookout, and Queen baths was an amazing bonus!We have 2 children, a boy and a girl, so it was wonderful to have a separate area with 2 twin beds for them! With windows on 3 sides, the breeze was enough to keep the condo cool. We have used the AC only twice during our 10 day stay. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and felt very comfortable. We really appreciated the boogie boards, the snorkeling gear, the beach towels, the beach chairs, and small things like dishware, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, coffee, creamer, soy sauce, makeup remover wipes, off bug spray, after sun burn remedy and etc. We brought many of these items ourselves, not knowing, so we left some of the unopened items that we brought for others to use. All of the helpful items and attention to details, make you want to leave the condo in the same or better condition and to give back to this thoughtfulness. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

This condo is nicely decorated, furnished, and equipped. The neighborhood is exquisite. The ocean is just a few yards away. The owner was very responsive in dealing with a few problems that arose, even though he was in Italy at the time.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the ocean! We couldn’t ask for better. Easy walk to see the ocean or wake up early (before 7am) and get one of 10 public spots to go to the beach. Otherwise, easy drive to hiking and other beaches. Enjoy!

We had a short, but amazing stay. This property was walkable to some great snorkeling spots (with sea turtles) and very well located for the north side of the island. Our two boys loved the loft bedroom and we found everything we needed at the property. We will stay here again next time we visit Princeville.

We were shocked at how beautiful the location of this place is!! My husband’s favorite part was the overlook just in front of the place where people would gather at sunset and just chat! We saw two full rainbows and many whale sightings! It is close to three beaches but none of them are easy to get to. The kitchen is g rest, the beach toys and chairs are great. The beach towels are awful! They get lint all over you! Overall this place was fantastic! We even saw Albatross on the golf course. So amazing!! very easy to get to!

I’ve stayed in multiple condos at Hale Moi. This has 3 beds vs 1 typically so it is ideal for multiple people. Great location. Amazing view.

Great location and amenities. The owner communicated thoroughly, providing instructions and helpful bits of information for the rental and the area we were visiting. Lots of beach supplies such as snorkel gear, flotation noodles, flippers, umbrella, beach towels/blankets, chairs, boogie boards, a few beach toys, and netted carry bags. The beach chair straps were broken from sun rot but we rigged it up - access to them was a plus anyhow. There are local places to rent chairs if needed. The kitchen was great and having a washer/dryer in the unit was helpful. The views off the lanai are beautiful but the view from across the street is a taste of heaven! Go out at night and enjoy the stars. This unit is great for families but doesn’t offer much privacy for couples traveling together. It was just two of us and we loved it.

Reasonable accommodations for the cleaning fee they charge you should not have to wash towels, take out trash and other. Also some basic needs were empty. No sugar, coffee filter box empty. Nice prettiest part of the island to stay. But out of the way for allot of things to do.

Great apartment for a stay on the north shore. We particularly appreciated the washer/dryer and beach towels. We couldn’t get the tv to work (but that may well have been our problem!) and we struggled a bit to keep the upstairs cool, but would recommend!
