Stayed Apr 9, 2026Charming historic guest studio. Great location. Very central location to both the San Clemente beach and the charming downtown Avenida Del Mar with tons of restaurants and shopping.

Stayed Feb 3, 2026Well I live two doors down and this was my third stay. Usually I rent during Christmas for guests and it's always warm and cozy and inviting. This time I didn't spend the night but only needed the shower while my apartment was being done. It was still wonderful and warm and inviting! Would recommend for anyone as a great spot w everything needed and perfect location!

Stayed Sep 18, 2025The property was in a great location, easy walk either to restaurants and shops or to the beach. Host allowed us to get in a little early to prepare for a family wedding which we appreciated. The space was clean and welcoming.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024Property is in a fantastic location that makes getting to the beach a breeze. The unit itself is cozy but might be considered a bit tight - nonetheless it has the essentials that let you get comfy when you return after a day out. Without AC, it can get a bit warm though a fan is provided and keeping the windows open helps bring the temperature down in the evening.
