♥ Exotic Loft in Montmartre + terrace!

Myself, my husband and 2 sons spent a great week in Paris in July. Damien was so helpful. Check in was easy, Damien had a friend Isabelle meet us at the apartment who provided info on local supermarkets etc. Great quiet location, close to 2 metro stations, bars and restaurants. Within walking distance to Sacre Coeur. Apartment was great, had all amenties you need. Loved the outside terrace. We would highly recommend!! Merci Damien!

Everything was great - we liked the apartment and it had everything we needed. It is conveniently located near the metro and near plenty of shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was also very good.

The apartment was comfortable, very well equipped, and there were many things to do nearby.

The house is very cute and warm. Also very furnished. The location is perfect to reach Mont Matre but also close to the metro. Great place to stay in Paris

This was our second stay in this property, so we knew exactly what to expect. Loved that the apartment is hidden in a courtyard, which meant it was nice and quiet; esp beneficial at night when the windows are open. There is no air conditioning, but several fans were available and there is a nice breeze when the windows are open. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was great bc it meant we could pack lightly and do laundry mid-visit. The bathroom was nicely sized. The tub is very deep, with both a rain-head shower and a handheld shower. The kitchen had all the appliances and tools needed, but since we were on vacation, most of our meals were eaten at restaurants. The apartment is a quick 5 minute walk to two different metro stations, and several local grocery stores. Lots of great quick service eatery options, along with a variety of sit down restaurants, again all within walking distance. My teen daughter loved the apple bed, and now wants one at home. She also enjoyed seeing the friendly black and white cat who frequented the courtyard. We actually met the cat on our last trip 3 years ago, so it was like connecting with an old friend. We met with Lia to receive keys, and the welcome letter included the Wi-Fi info, and contact info for Lia, and owners Damien and Michelle. The Wi-Fi worked well. We would definitely stay here again for any future visits to Paris.

Comfortable and close to dining, and transit, in the high-character Clichy neighbourhood of Montmartre. We would certainly stay here again. It's like a comfortable cottage, tucked in the centre of an apartment courtyard. No view...but a short walk to the greatest in the city. Pleasant landlord, too.

My husband, son, granddaughter and I stayed at this apartment for six weeks this summer. While I worked, both running my nonprofit organization in New Orleans and attending classes in Paris, my husband and the children spent most days walking to the many nearby cafe's and parks. Early mornings before everyone was awake, I enjoyed working over coffee on the terrace. The wifi signal was great outdoors as well as inside the apartment. On Saturdays we shopped for fresh fruit for the week at the Batignolle market and we bought hot croissants, pain au chocolate and baguettes on a daily basis from several nearby bakeries. This is what I miss most about Paris and this neighborhood, great food! The living room at the apartment is spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with more dishes, pots, and appliances than you'll ever need during a short stay. It was great having access to a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and more than adequate cleaning supplies at the apartment. While there were only four of us, the apartment can comfortably accommodate six people with enough living space that no one would feel cramped. The terrace could easily accommodate nice social gatherings if the noise is kept to a level respectful of nearby tenants. Nights were quiet and it was nice sleeping with windows open to enjoy cool breezes. There was enough crawling space for our toddler who started walking towards the end of our stay. We did have to move the many breakables out of the way. The owners have a nicely furnished apartment with many, many personal keepsakes and renters should be willing to take exceptional care of both the plants inside and out with weekly waterings and glass statues, etc. I was always conscious of this as someone's home and felt like a welcome guest. The owners responded quickly via email to questions, were kind enough to leave us a couple of Metro tickets, and we had no problem meeting someone with keys upon arrival. The improvement that I would have liked was more storage space for our belongings. Otherwise, we had a very nice experience that we will remember for years to come.

This apartment is in a great location, and with friendly owners Damien and Michelle going out of their way to accommodate our requirements, you cant go wrong with a visit. We came to do the Paris Marathon and arrived early in the morning and were able to put our bags into the apartment and explore the area. Transport links are good and with the close proximity of food shops, it made the visit really comfortable. My daughter loved the pod bed and we had big rooms with comfortable beds. The living area and outdoor terrace was a great place to relax. I would go back to this apartment if I needed a place to stay in Paris for 5 days or longer. Thanks Damien and Michelle for welcoming us and making sure that everything was just right.
