PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading.

The swimming pool, gym, sauna and spa/jacuzzi are temporarily closed from 12 Jan to 28 Feb, 2026.

Common facilities are now open to use.

If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise.

Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex which is almost across the road.

An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which Melbourne is renowned for.

Perched high up on the 10th floor, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can sleep up to 6, with 2 guests on a comfy double sized sofa bed. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request.

The buidling has its own gym, spa, sauna and indoor heated swimming pool which is available for your use.

The price quoted is based upon 4 guests there are extra charges per guest after 4.

Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is provided within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.
