Stayed Dec 26, 2019My family and I stayed Dec 26th thru Jan 2nd. The apartment is a short walk from the subway station. The manager left fruit and bottled water in the fridge. We had ample linens. The building was quiet.

Stayed May 1, 2019My mom and I stayed in Sandra's apartment for a week while we visited Manhattan for the first time. Sandra is a very responsive host who addressed every question we had very quickly and positively. The unit itself is new and has everything you need. We found the folks we met in the neighbourhood to be very friendly and helpful. We took the Metro to and from Kosziusko station which is a short walk (3 short city blocks) from the unit. At the station is a full grocery store where you can grab anything you need. The J train takes you right into Lower Manhattan or you can step off at Marcy and pick up the M train to go into upper Manhattan. This unit is excellent value.
