A staircase leads to the entrance to the living room with fireplace, sofa bed, etc., the dining area and the open kitchen. The bedroom has room for 2 persons.
The spacious bathroom has two sinks and a large shower.
The toilet is located separately next to the upper entrance.

On the 16 sqm terrace with table and various garden chairs you have from noon to the sunset
the sunny side and a charming view of the park-like garden and across wide fields and meadows.
