Our 85 m² child-friendly apartment is on the 1st Upper floor and is barrier-free accessible with the existing elevator. It is exclusively equipped and we are sure that you will feel comfortable.
 
You live in an absolute top location and direct connection to the town center. In the apartment Gracia you have a wonderful direct view of the New Lighthouse just 70 meters away through large panoramic windows. You also have the sea right on your doorstep: Only 200 meters separate you from a relaxing walk on the beach or from relaxing sunbathing in one of the beautiful beach chairs that we provide for free on the main beach during the main season (from 2013).

The spacious living room of the apartment is equipped with an inviting living area and an LCD TV, DVD player and a music system - and what is often even more interesting than the current TV program: the fantastic view of the 60 meter high New Lighthouse .

The kitchen of the apartment Gracia offers you a complete equipment that will not disappoint even experienced hobby chefs. It is fully equipped including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, free-standing refrigerator with a spacious freezer compartment, toaster, mixer, kettle, coffee machine and a 4-ring ceramic hob.

The two bedrooms in the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child).
The bedroom facing the lighthouse is equipped with a box spring double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), has a large wardrobe and a separate bathroom.

The other bedroom has two box spring single beds (each 0.90 mx 2.00 m) and an additional wall bed (1.10 mx 2.05 m). Of course there is also a wardrobe. A flat screen TV is also available.

The apartment Gracia has 2 bathrooms with comfortable underfloor heating, shower, toilet and vanity with a large mirror. 

We want to make your stay in our apartment an experience. That is why we attach great importance to not only offering you a functional and well-designed apartment, but also equipped it with high-quality furniture, fine fabrics and exclusive wallpapers. In this way we have created a feel-good atmosphere in which you can really switch off.

In addition to the actual apartment, we also offer you:

- A private 30 m² sun terrace in the garden of Villa Patricia including a beach chair and seating, the ideal place to simply enjoy the sun, have breakfast, read the newspaper or just relax!

Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. It has an allergy-friendly facility and is ECARF certified. For this reason, it is not desirable to bring pets.

In the high season, we have reserved a beach chair exclusively for our guests on the main beach, which is available for you free of charge.
Storage facilities for bicycles and handcarts are also available.
