Stayed Nov 27, 2025This apartment was fantastic! Very central location and close to all the sights and transportation. It’s also a very quiet location. The apartment is spacious and has 1 1/2 bathrooms. It was also extremely clean and even decorated for Christmas which was a nice surprise. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the pots, pans, etc were in very good condition. The furniture is also high end and very comfortable. Communication with Olaf was very good and he met us at the apartment for check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Apr 10, 2025The host and his listing have set the highest bar for VRBO listings and guests' experiences. From onset to [sad] departure, this has been a pleasure. Location A; Unit - A (lift helped for us 80 sorts); convenienceA; Dresden peoples and surroundings A; cultural offerings (important to us)A; A flat which is homey from the start; in a building with nice people; in an area historical, cultural, picturesque. It's hard to beat the view on Brühlsche Terrasse on Easter morning -- or the vibrant (all-age) urban life of Neumarkt during the weekend -- or the choral or symphonic offerings -- or the amazing variety of [good food] available so close. We've been with VRBO for well over 15 years. This is the best. Thank you Olaf and family!!

Stayed Nov 30, 2023The location of the Neumarkt Apart is amazing... just blocks from Old Town and literally across the street from Bruhl's Terrace. The apartment is not one beautiful, but clean and comfortable. Olaf is an amazing host, who picked us up from the train station. We loved that the apartment was decorated for Christmas! There is plenty of space to spread out and our favorite part is the extra half bath and the heated floors! Beautiful apartment and wonderful host in the middle of Old Town Dresden!

Stayed May 4, 2023We have stayed at several apartments lately - mostly good - but this was superb. From ease of communicating with Olaf, through a very friendly welcome to an equally happy departure, all went smoothly and well. The location is close to everythin, the apartment is spaceous and well equiped. Great. We are looking for an excuse to go back!

Stayed Jan 23, 2023Owner was a wonderful man who picked us up at the airport and helped move all our luggage into the pristine apartment for our one month stay. Everything you could need for a short stay is provided. Very quiet area, wonderful light filled space.

Stayed Sep 18, 2019We spent five nights in September, 2019 here. Lots of room, easy to walk everywhere in town. Very easy to deal with the landlord. Really an A-1 experience.
