Enjoy your stay in a truly luxurious air-conditioned apartment located in a safe gated community in the heart of Los Boliches, no more than a 2 minute walk from the train station and 3-5 minutes from the prestine Fuengirola beach, shops and buzzing restaurants. This apartment has been fitted to a high standard throughout and includes your at home comforts, while on holiday.

The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by both a lift and stairs. It comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms (one with an en-suite) which is configurable from 1 double bed, and 2 single beds + a fold-up sofa bed in the living room. There is a large balcony with a table and chairs ideal for eating/relaxing while enjoying the sun. The balcony features a glass enclosure which can be closed to limit wind and noise.

The large grass-verged communal swimming pool is available to use by guests from April to the end of September, and we provide sun loungers, beach equipment and games for guests to use during their stay.

For those with a car, free parking is available on the local nearby streets (not apartment parking) and the apartment is serviced with fast fibre internet/Wi-Fi and a variety of UK/US TV channels.

For those with children, the apartment has one cot and a high-chair.

    A nice large and clean apartment with all the amenities you could want including a large balcony with a view of the sea the apartment is near a train station and bus stops so can easily get around without a car

    Excellent location, especially if you're travelling by train from Malaga airport. The beach is a two minute walk. Communication from the owner was exceptional and check in was easy. The two modern shower rooms made a big difference with four adults for a week. The pool is nice and was never too busy, with shady spots from the trees. We would definitely return.

    A very generous apartment. Plenty of cleaning products, which you dont always find in rentals. This helps greatly to clean as you go. No shortage of glasses, plates or anything you might need. Beautiful pool. Very quiet. Also great privacy. John always available and very courteous. Overall, a wonderful spot with everything on your doorstep. Cannot wait to go back. Many thanks John, I only hope this is available for years to come.

    Very nice apartment, two blocks back from front line, adjacent to train station. We stayed January to March, lovely warm sunny days for most part, but two very wet weeks. Evenings and nights are cold. Local parking very difficult to find.

    Bathrooms an kitchen are first class. Main bedroom good- second bedroom was a little cluttered, but adequate. Balcony was large - can see the sea, but not sea facing. We Stayed mid Oct, pool and garden not accessible.

    We were a group of three elderly friends, one of whom had mobility issues. The location was ideal for our purposes: right in the centre of Los Boliches within a few minutes of reastaurants, shops and nightlife. Beautiful, bright, spacious and tastefully decorated modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen and super bathrooms. We've visited Fuengirola twice a year for over 12 years and this was easily our best stay. Beats staying in hotels for price and comfort.

    John's apartment is perfectly located for a lovely holiday in Los Boliches. Beach is a 3 minute walk away, there are a whole host of bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. Fuengirola is a 20 minute walk away if you're looking for a stretch or you can take the train which is approx 3 minutes walk away. The train also allows easy access to airport, Malaga Centre, Torremolinos, Benelmadena, etc. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, modern, nice pool which is open till 10pm during high season! John, the owner, was very easy to deal with and very responsive. The apartment manager is just a phone call away and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.
