Stayed Dec 27, 2025Great neighborhood for access to downtown Richmond as well as southern suburbs. There is a park for walks and a trail that runs along the river close by that we took advantage of on a couple of days. We loved our stay at Evelyn!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025The property was great. We visited Kings Dominion all day and had family in Richmond. So perfect location. We also had opportunity to enjoy the local restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was just as described! Would definitely stay again!

Stayed May 23, 2025Everything about this rental was amazing, easy, great location, great balcony outside space, the communication with the owner, was nothing less than amazing and the rental was absolutely immaculate, beautiful, clean! My words cannot express what a great time we had, my daughter lives and works in Richmond so we love Lil Nickel restaurant and it was right across the street, and we went to one the few dive bars left in Richmond The Locker Room which is only 2 blocks away, walking distance and had such a great time!! I truly and honestly recommend this vacation rental and will be coming back for sure. Thank you so so much Emily, you've been amazing!!
