Stayed Dec 17, 2025On the very day of our arrival in Strasbourg, our host informed us that she had reserved our accommodation to someone else. I found myself homeless in December with my mother, my partner, and our 5-year-old daughter, having to find alternative accommodation for the very same night during the busy Christmas market season. This is our worst experience with a booking platform of this kind.
