Stayed Sep 9, 2025Excellent property, comfortable, spacious and incredibly well stocked.Bus stop to Trieste seconds from the front door and an easy walk to the coast too.We didn't have a car but the parking was directly in front of the building.

Stayed Apr 21, 2024Stephania and family were incredibly helpful, very communicative and made us all feel at home. The home is terrific, comfortable beds, fabulous view, greatly equipped kitchen, super bathrooms and a little store right in the building. The location is great- easy bus service to and from downtown. The patio is simply wonderful. We highly recommend this place.

Stayed Mar 19, 2022We had the perfect spot to park our rental car for day trips and the bus was just steps from the front door. Lots of space & privacy plus all the amenities needed for a weeks stay!

Stayed Aug 28, 2021Our family really enjoyed our stay at Esperia. Great apartment with friendly and helpful hosts. Barcola was a great starting point for excursions to Triest and the surrounding area.

Stayed Jul 6, 2019The owner was not available when we arrived. Her father greeted our party and showed us around the apartment. He was so wonderful and helpful. The apartment is decorated with a quirky individuality. Very welcoming with surprises around every corner. We even had a visit from Arkie the cat. She walked in and made herself at home doing a rainstorm. I could go on and on, but this place was just truly wonderful.

Stayed Jul 8, 2018This is upper class for a reasonable price. Cannot recommend it enough. Will definitely take this again. Highlights: * 3 big bedrooms * a big, very modern kitchen with plenty of space * a terasse with seaview * nice hosts that do everything for your comfort Recommendation!

Stayed Jul 23, 2018It was a very nice appartment, decorated very cosy an original...you felt immediately 'at home'. The hosts are very kind with a great hospitality. The refrigerator was filled with tasty food. Thank you very much! The terrace was wonderful with an amazing view on the bay of Trieste. We enjoyed also the use of the grill in the garden. The environment is also fantastic.

Stayed Jul 27, 2017The apartment is beautifully decorated. Great hospitality - every morning breakfast is brought to you fresh foccacia, croissants and fruit. The refrigerator is stocked with eggs, yougurt etc replenished with fruit and drinks every day. A comfortable terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea. Thank you for your hospitality Stephania.
