Erie @ Kimar`s Resort Lake SUP

The property was just between Munising and Marquette which made trips very nice. Cabin needed a coffee table or such at couch for relaxing with coffee. Very nice gift shop, and staff was very friendly and helpful

Clean cabin, nice lake view. No functioning heating system.

We were very busy with activities while we stayed in the cabin so we didn't get to spend much time on the property. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed and there was a nice outdoor area in front of the cabin as well as a common area by the shore that looked very popular. The cabin was located a reasonable distance from Pictured Rocks and we were glad that it was also close to Marquette as it was hard to find dinner in Munising and Christmas due to staffing shortages.

Cozy little cabin. Magnificent sunrise. The pileated woodpeckers were an added treat.

Weekend getaway for our anniversary.

Sarah was available for us at all times. She answered all of our questions and was able to give us suggestions on things to do and places to go! We even wondered when she was ever able to sleep! Erie cabin was just enough for the two of us! We enjoyed watching the fishing excursion boats leaving and coming back with their catches. (Kimars resort offers fishing excursions on site, if you are interested in fishing). If we ever go back to the UP we will definitely be returning!

Just a really comfortable and enjoyable place to be.

From the moment we pulled in to Kimar’s Resort we felt the pull of the cottage and Lake Superior. It was a perfect spot to stay. We will probably be back.

Sarah is so great to work with. The whole little cabin resort area is so quaint and full of the most kind people. My cabin was exactly as expected and cozy but felt big. The bathroom was large and the kitchen/living room had a lot of space and everything I needed for cooking. The VIEWS from the little communal house and deck on the lake were spectacular. While there are others staying nearby I enjoyed alone time and was not bothered by anyone. There’s a lake across the street that’s great for swimming and it’s a quick 25 min drive into town. Say hi to Coco and Sandy if you go!

Cabin was clean , nice and quiet . Beautiful beach with great view. Planning a family trip .

Just enough room for my husband and I. Cute cabin with just enough space for 2. We stayed a few nights in this quiet and relaxing resort. Cabin was clean. Bed was uncomfortable though, too soft for our liking, we sunk way in.

It was very nice the view was beautiful stole lots of rocks. The only thing I wish there were more plug in’s because my sister uses a breathing machine and I couldn’t use the fan in the bedroom and it was unseasonably warm
