Stayed Sep 16, 2024Large and well appointed apartment. Excellent bedding, AC!, and good water pressure. Great location. 3 minute walk to train station. 5 minutes to the hear of the city. Host communication is also top notch. I really liked this place.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024This is a very clean, extremely nice apartment in a perfect location in La Spezia. A short walk to/from the train station (@3-5 min) makes it ideal for visiting Cinque Terre, as well as just a few blocks from the main dining venues in La Spezia - don't miss that opportunity! Location was surprisingly quiet, even with it's prime location, and extremely comfortable. Check In/Out was very smooth with very detailed instructions from owner. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024This property is near the train station but removed from street traffic. Just a 2-3 minute walk away which made it perfect for going out to Cinque Terre. A coffee shop and grocery store are within a block. You can also walk on a pedestrian only street all the way to the waterfront. Lots of restaurants and shopping options along the way. The apartment is exactly as presented in the listing and the landlord was very responsive. It's a simple property but very comfortable.

Stayed May 13, 2024We traveled to Italy after both kids graduated from college as a celebration. This was our first stop. The directions on how to get to the property, where to park etc were great. We had no problems. We had everything we needed during our stay. The property was cute and clean. Highly recommend this property.
