Welcome to our beautiful and cozy city-centre apartment. We are happy to host you and kindly ask that you respect the following house rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

No Smoking or Vaping

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the apartment.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.

Extra cleaning fees will apply if smoke smell is detected.

No Pets

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

No Parties or Events

No parties, events, or large gatherings.

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM, to respect neighbours and building residents.

Light Cooking Only

Light cooking is allowed, such as:

Boiling pasta or noodles

Making breakfast (eggs, toast)

Heating soup or simple meals

Please:

Do not cook strong-smelling foods such as fish, fried chicken, or grilled/BBQ-style food.

Always use the range hood/ventilation fan when cooking.

Shoes Policy

Please leave dirty or outdoor shoes on the tiled area near the entrance.

Help us keep the carpets clean.

Cleanliness & Respect

Please treat the apartment with care and respect.

Wash and dry dishes after use.

Do not use towels for makeup removal (use provided wipes if available).

Report any damage immediately.

Electronic Key Access

The apartment uses an electronic key / keypad access system.

Do not share your access code with anyone outside your booking.

Ensure the door is fully closed and locked when leaving.

Registered Guests Only

Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

Rubbish & Recycling
