Stayed Nov 7, 2025I had an excellent stay for a little over a week visiting my daughter at UND. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was very convenient. Easy walking distance to Caribou Coffee. We have already told several parents of UND students about this place.

Stayed Jan 18, 2025This apartment was wonderful. Nice and cozy. Felt just like home. Way better than a hotel. Appreciated the full kitchen. Full size fridge and the oven was great as we were able to cook our son a birthday cake and also cooked 2 meals while we were there. One suggestion would be to get some hot pads for cooking when using oven. Also maybe some dish towels for drying dishes. Also maybe a strainer for cooking nd a crock pot. We will definitely stay again. Even tried booking a future stay while we were there but the weekend we needed was already booked. If we could we would give 10 stars! This rental property is great and we highly recommend. Thank you Carson
