We stayed here 3 nights with our family of 5. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do and see. The host was very helpful as well. Thank you Jennifer for letting us stay. It was perfect for what we needed.
We loved Jennifer’s cozy and beautiful apartment. My husband and I traveled with my mother and 18 year old son to visit my niece and brother in law. Having the 3 bedrooms with queen beds was a huge plus. And the weather was warm on our first day so we had coffee in the garden area and walked all over the neighborhood. The owner was super responsive and accesible - with great recommendations for places to eat. Highly recommend this place - we will be back!
Jennifer was attentive and friendly
I have stayed at many vrbo's, and in the past year or 2, many of them have not been great. But, this place is awesome, a ton of personal thoughtful touches. We had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, lovely garden and sitting area, quiet, walking distance to restaurants, etc. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!!
My family and I stayed here for a Yale graduation. Good location, very clean. Walkable to some parts of Yale and a few restaurants. Jennifer is very nice and accommodating.
We had 6 adults ages 58-82. It worked out great for us all.
Communication with the property owner was quick and easy. However, the apartment was not listed accurately online. For example, it showed a backyard/patio. Instead, it was a pile of weeds. Also it wasn’t clean. My sons socks turned brown after a short time of walking on the floor. The neighbors were doing constructions and the walls are so thin, it felt like they were coming inside. It also felt like someone was coming inside when they actually were. Someone opened the front door/emergency exit and I wasn’t sure if they were going to walk into the bedroom on the other side. All that to say, it was a brutally long stay.
The apartment is on the first floor of a multi- family home on a quiet one way street. Just a couple minutes walk from Lucibello’s, New Haven’s best Italian bakery. Walk a bit further to Frank Pepe’s or Sally’s Apizza for some of the nations top rated pizza (but be prepared for a wait!) The apartment itself is well provided for and the rooms are nice. One bedroom is slightly smaller than the other two, but all have queen sized beds and a desk. The bathroom is tiny, but functional. The main room serves as both kitchen and living area. The host met us there and was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We had it for Thanksgiving and hope to book it for all future family gatherings!
Absolutely will stay here again, adorable and spacious apartment. Very clean, the beds are all so comfortable and the clean smell of the sheets was amazing. Stephanie has gone above and beyond to make her rental cozy, comfortable and you definitely feel like you are in your home away from home. The location is also perfect from everything we needed, a cozy neighborhood but close to the train station and all the fun things around Yale. Excellent choice and excellent host, thank you!
The property was a great option for our trip to New Haven. It was very close to Yale, bars/restaurants, and the famous Pizza spots.
The apartment and location were great for a family. The bedrooms were big and there was enough space in the kitchen to fix a dinner for five. Communication with Jennifer was easy. I highly recommend the city and Jennifer's apartment!
The location was excellent. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. Nice linens, pillows and comfy beds. Jennifer was very helpful and communicative. Thanks!
This apartment was perfect for a small group, tucked away with its own entrance and access to a lovely garden sitting area by the driveway. Easy to find, with access to highway, train station and local eateries like Frank Pepe's and Lucibello's. Jennifer was responsive and flexible to make this a wonderful stay. The three bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Even with a single small bathroom, this space works great for a group of 6 looking for a hub to explore New Haven.
Very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Cozy, nice, quiet apartment and loved lights outside…thank u!
Stayed one night with my family as a pit stop on our way to Maine. Very clean and well kept, with lots of convenient, helpful inclusions. Really cute backyard and Jennifer is so nice. Highly recommend this spot!
My family had a wonderful time at Jennifer’s place. Plenty of room for our family of 5 (kids 10, 11, 14..) great location near all Wooster Street has to offer and equally close to State Street restaurants. Campus is also just a short walk across the green. The interior was well appointed and the small outdoor space was welcome bonus! Highly recommend.
Easy to get to and easy to park the car. Close to everywhere I wanted to go in New Haven
