Enchanting mountainside studio with pool, hot tub, sauna, fireplace & balcony

Excellent view from room. Very comfortable except mattress should be changed due to some bucketing. Pool and hot tub really nice. Will be back.

Great unit. Very clean and well maintained. Just as advertised. We had issues obtaining access to the pool and hot tub mainly due to not knowing the operating hours. Suggest they be posted on the website. Also we paid for late checkout but were locked out of the unit before the late checkout expired.

We came for a weekend getaway and enjoyed the condo. It was a studio set up vs a bedroom w a door, but it worked. Overall a great stay.

Booked for a summer stay and had no hot water for our 3 nights. The listing did not make it clear that there was no AC in the building, so we were essentially camping with noisy neighbors upstairs. The kitchen had heavily used and dirty pans and baking sheets, dangerously dull knives and glasses with chips in them. Kitchen dining chair was broken, and the bed has a very large dip in the middle which made even sleeping uncomfortable. Love Steamboat, but would avoid the Scandinavian Lodge at all costs.

Amenities at Scandinavian are great for after skiing with heated pool and tub. It's a quiet place with simple access to thunderbird lift so you can avoid the crowds. This unit has the best fold out couch bed I've ever had.

Great location on the mountain. This is a studio apartment and should be looked as an alternative to a hotel room. The property is well maintained and has a great pool that is heated.

Overall it fit our needs well. Loved the pool and hot tub. The room itself was nice but need to specify that it doesn’t actually have a bedroom. There were a few things that needed replaced or fixed (broken chair on patio). Also, should list that building and pool would not accommodate someone who cannot do stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

It's 1.4 miles to the base where you can catch a free shuttle into town. You can walk the road but there is no shoulder and coming back up at night or with groceries is grueling even if you are in good shape and love to hike. Other units in the same building offer a free shuttle service or people have a car. They should make the fact that you need a car much more clear in the listing. The airport shuttle will drop you off here and pick you up here but after that you are on your own. Uber is $25 to town. It is an easy 8-10 minute walk to the ski lift which is convenient. We were able to prepare some simple meals. The kitchen is adequately equipped. They could use a few more pots and pans. We used the sauna and hot tub. After a long day of skiing that was a pleasure. Turn on the sauna at least a 1/2 hour before you want to use it. The towels and bed linens were lovely. The furniture was in good condition. The place was clean and tidy. They provide a hairdryer and toiletries. I would recommend staying here but only if you have a car or don't mind paying for Uber rides. There is nothing you can do that is in walking distance to the condo except ski. For anything else you need a way to get to the base of the mountain.

Overall nice property & good location. However was not prepared for no type of air cooling in the unit besides a plug in fan. Overnight temp in the unit was between 75-80°. No window to keep open overnight, just a sliding screendoor which didn’t feel safe keeping open overnight.

Wonderfully close to Thunderhead lift area. But pretty far from downtown steamboat, not on the main bus lines, so a car is definitely necessary. One complaint is definitely the noise. The front door has a massive gap at bottom leading to hearing everything that occurs in hallway. Also can hear every footstep upstairs. Otherwise, nice condo, stayrs relatively quiet at night

Excellent location ski out - short 100yd walk back to Condo. Quiet building, had everything we needed for fantastic stay
