It is a nice/cozy studio located in Patong called The Emerald Terrace Condominium with 3 times free shuttle van to beach/city/walking to Patong beachwith 3 kms distance. It is equipped with King size bed/Kitchen/Balcony/In-house Washing machine/50 Smart TV/WIFI/Espresso Coffee Machine/Full Kitchen with Stove/Hood/utensils. There are big swimming pool with mountain view plus GYM. It is cool area from mountain.

1. It is not far from Patong beach and quiet area to enjoy your good sleep.
2. Top quality of mattress for your comfort.
3. Workstation with office armed chair plus private WIFI. All travelers were happy with WIFI privately used for this unit, also building has free WIFI available in the apartment and public area.
4. Smart TV with 50 inches to enjoy your Netflix and You tube.
5. Fresh Espresso Coffee Machine with Coffee beans and Coffee beans blender to satisfy all coffee lovers.

Free shuttle to Patong beach 3 times a day (8.30am, 11.30am, 2.30pm) and operate in loop (Point 1: Front of Jung Ceylon, Point 2: Patong Bus Station of Patong Beach - Thaweewong Road, Point 3: Dolphin Park Patong Beach - Thaweewong Road) so you can go and come back through free shuttle van provided by the management.

It is large studio with nice balcony with seating facing the Patong tropical large tree plot of land, a little bit of Patong city/beach views from balcony side. If you love to stay with natural forest on the hill, this is your best choice of selection. If you prefer to see the city, look for apartment in same building of ours in the listings.

Free fast private WIFI and 1 more WIFI free from compound, washer/dryer available privately used in the apartment and there are laundry room in the building on ground floor with coin dispenser. There are all amenities, such as microwave, stove, hood, refrigerator, kitchen ware and utensils. and Patong view from top of building. You may have to walk through local residents, so please do understand their living style. They are local Thai boxing class club nearby.

The Gym has been moved to ground floor, check with building reception.
