Burn Bans may be in effect during the summer months of July to October, the use of outdoor fire pits may be affected if conditions are too dry. It is your responsibility to check to see if a burn ban is in place before starting a fire. We have added propane fire pits this year for you to use when the wood burning pits are not an option.
***External security cameras have been added to the entrance/exit of each of the vacation rental units and parking area.
We loved this place. Everything was perfect - the only thing was that the master bath is inside the master bedroom and it's the only bathroom - wish there was a door to the hall so it could be used by everyone. Other than that, we really enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and had a wonderful bonfire down by the river. Would definitely stay again!
This property was everything we expected and more. It was stunning! When you walk in the door you feel like you are home. Cozy and comfortable. Most importantly, it was extremely clean. We truly loved our stay on this property. Easy access to Olympic National park and Port Angles. Highly recommend this property!
We loved Elwha Place. Great location, wonderful deck off living/dining area, generous space, comfortable bed, nicely stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal - far enough from Port Angeles to feel remote yet close enough for groceries and restaurants. Great location for exploring northern part of the park. The deck was a fantastic place to relax and eat outdoors with the flowing creek below us. Would highly recommend!
This is a fantastic property with a stream to hike along and access to all sorts of fantastic natural wonders. The house is wonderful with everything you need. We had a fantastic stay here.
We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come back. Super clean with great amenities. We especially loved the little stream running behind the unit and listening to it out on the deck. My wife loved the cozy little reading nook by the window. Perfect location - out of the city a bit (10 min), but in the heart of the northern Olympic trails. Super positive experience
We loved this location. It has a nice, bubbly creek right outside the patio and you can hear it while eating outside. It is also a good central location for visiting Olympic NP, with trips to Hurricane ridge entrance just 15 minutes away which really helps to beat the traffic early in the morning. We also visited the Hoh rainforest from here, which was about 1.5 hours away but a pretty drive. The cabin itself is attached to another building but there was no noise or any issues at all with this. It is well stocked, with everything we needed and the house was really clean and we loved the open layout. As mentioned, the patio is a great place to hang out and has a grill and dining table. It seemed like the place was well cared for, with quality flooring, bath, and kitchen choices. We were able to walk along the creek a bit and the kids played in the water, which was only up to their ankles and super clear. This made for a fun time as we all ended up getting wet, which was fine because the cabin was right up the hill where we could dry off. The host, Dena, checked in on us via the app to make sure we were cozy and the check-in process was smooth. All in all, I loved this cabin and would definitely stay here again.
So.relaxing with the sound of the brook babbling away just below us. It was awesome!
Great location and everything was exceptionally clean and beautiful! We loved it!
A very nice house surrounded by nature. Clean and spacious enough to accommodate 4 people. Everything inline with the description. Strongly recommend.
Welcoming space. Clean, tranquil. Had all we needed for a restful evening after hiking and exploring. Outdoor patio was perfect in evenings, listen to water run in the creek soothing.
Everything about the property and host was great. Recognize that you have to drive a lot at Olympic National. This location allows you to hit all of the good spots.
No home we've VRBO has been nicer and better located than this home. Steps from a river. Beautiful home close to Olympic National Park and Port. Angeles. Most comfortable bed we've ever slept on and the sound of the river at night made for great sleep and rest. Every amenity was provide for cooking, down to a full spice rack and newly updated kitchen implements. Attention to detail was exceptional. Owner must be a chef and also an artist as the art work and decor was attractive and relaxing. Always a quick response to any question and making sure we arrived and found the home as promised. Lucky we took a chance on a new listing VRBO, although she has been renting previously through a broker.
Property was in a great location, and well-stocked.
this is an excellent unit with beautiful surroundings and good access to area attractions which is the North east part of the national park. stay was part of a 5 day trip to Olympic national park, we stayed at this location for 3 nights. Great host and excellent accommodation, we preferred this much more to staying at Port Angeles.
Nice living area, overall. Centrally located to all Olympic National Park trails and kayaking. Clean and good. I would definitely recommend this spot.
