Great resonably priced place to stay in Northampton. Very walkable to shops and restaurants.

Poor communication, didn’t receive any information about how to access property/room, room was average, condition of landscaping was horrible.

Beautiful, cozy NE saltbox directly across from Smith College--easy, lighted parking, keypad doors so no keys to fuss over. Well lighted, beautifully furnished. Nice table and chairs on the landing to have a take out meal if need be. Warm, cozy rooms with very comfortable beds, everything you need for coffee and tea in the morning. Clean as a whistle and such a lovely hostess who kept in touch with me all weekend. I will be back.

Absolutely everything was so incredible! Xianxiu was the perfect host, and we would 100% love to stay again. The bathtub was an added bonus, and the room was so cozy!

We really enjoyed staying at Elm Street. It convenient to the events we wanted to go to. It was clean bright and cheerful. Easy to enterHost was helpful and responsiveLove to stay there again

The weather was beautiful, so the main room was full of bright sunlight during the days. I enjoyed soaking in the large tub a couple of evenings and spent some time in town enjoying music and a show. This was just what I needed to decompress for a few days as I prepared to start a new job.

The place was terrific and exactly as advertised: it was clean, charming, had an extra bed and a great bath. It wasn't a large space, but everything was in the right place, and it was well appointed. The surrounding area is also lovely.

Great location and value. Furnishings are basic but the bed is comfortable and the location is great. Communication is excellent and host fixed an internet issue immediately. I will definitely look forward to returning. Could have a better more accessible coffee maker would be my only suggestion :)
