Beautiful 100m2 apartment decorated with designer furniture throughout. Large living room open kitchen area with bay window. It has 2 double & 1 single bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom's ensuite leads to a large & sunny terrace.
The 2nd double bedroom can be prepared with EITHER 1 double bed OR 2 twin beds. The single bedroom is normally prepared with 1 single bed. It does have a pull out bed which can accommodate a 2nd guest but this limits movement in the bedroom as it is a small room.

Centrally located, 1 block from Paseo de Gracia with its boutiques and restaurants, mercat de la Concepció (fresh food market just 2 blocks away), casa Batllò, la Pedrera etc.
Easy access to public transport, ideal for families, groups or professionals.
Fully equipped kitchen- safe box.

Stays of over 1 week include 1 weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels (Monday to Friday). Additional cleaning is possible, please enquire about the rates.

Have small children Don't worry, we are happy to provide you with a high chair, baby cot, lamp and mixer for baby food for your little one during your stay. (there is a 90€ + VAT fee for the baby kit).

THE CITY OF BARCELONA IMPOSES A CITY TAX SIMILAR TO THOSE CHARGED BY HOTELS. THE RATE IS 2,48€ PER PERSON (OVER THE AGE OF 16) PER NIGHT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS. THIS WILL BE CHARGED AT CHECK IN.

There is a 30€ extra charge for late check ins (after 8pm).

Please be careful with the keys if you loose them there is a 100 € charge for each lost set of keys.
