Elegant & Smart Apartment in the Center

Great location! Roomy apartment. Comfortable.

Monica's apartment is very nice, large and comfortable rooms. It was nice to have the laundry washer and dryer during our stay. The fluctuating water temperatures in the shower was very frustrating. Monica did her best to address this, but it just is a matter is waiting a while for water to adjust. The apartment is quite near Casa Battlo and Casa Milo, as well as near the subway, which was convenient.

Property was very nice in a great location. As described in previous reviews, the shower water temps were unpredictable. Overall experience was good.

The apartment was great and the location was ideal being close enough to everything but a little out of the real busy areas. Commutation with Monica was very good and having the washer and dryer was a real bonus. The only small issue we had was regulating the temperature in the showers as it seemed to go from very cold to very hot.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The location is great- so close to shopping and many restaurants, there are also taxis readily available in this neighborhood as well, super convenient. Our only issue was the hot water was never consistent in the showers, but this was minor. The apartment is huge and gives so much space to spread out, 7 can sleep comfortably but the 2 bathrooms would be tight with that many people in my opinion. The building is very quiet as well. There is a mini mart on the ground floor next door, super easy to pick up waters/snacks etc.... Thank you!

We all had a great time here. The apartment was large enough to accommodate us and was ideally located. Many nice restaurants and so many great things to explore in the beautiful city of Barcelona. One of the best places I have visited. Monica was the best of hosts. We had a few minor questions and issues and she was able to help with everything very quickly. Loved this place and would stay here again.

The apartment was great. Lots of space and amenities. Incredible location. Walking distance to many attractions and easy access to public transportation. Loved the little sitting room in the morning. The host was super attentive to messages about the process and any questions we had about the apartment. I highly recommend!

Apartment was great and located in the heart of everything. We were able to walk everywhere and hit all the great highlights of Barcelona. Gluten free bakery across the street was an added bonus. Really enjoyed sitting on the patio with its wide windows. Would definitely stay again if we return to Barcelona.

We had a great time. Plenty of room and amenities. Monica was very accommodating. Whenever we had a minor issue she took care of it immediately. Strongly recommend.

This was our first time in Spain and the first place that we stayed. It was a great location very close to the metro but quiet. The layout is very nice with a comfortable sun room. Our only complaint is that we could not get the shower temperature quite right - it was either very hot or cold so there might be a trick to it but we were too busy enjoying the city during the day to even ask about it.
