This luxe seaside apartment occupies the first floor of a two-story building, one that's scenically situated across the road from the water's edge. Walk half a mile west to reach downtownBoothbay Harbor; head half a mile south and you'll find the renowned Boothbay Lobster Wharf. The Maine State Aquarium (three miles), the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens (four miles), and charming little Wiscasset (13 miles) are just a few of the other nearby attractions.
